Franken: Over the Rainbow

I made this one in anticipation of OPI's Muppets Collection which came out for the holiday season of 2011. I was so excited for the "Rainbow Connection" multi colored glitter polish, and then it turned out to be just another one of a long line of similar polishes that had come out in the last few years, nothing original about it at all. This is what I had hoped it would be! I used a LOT of different polishes for this, but they were all either Icing or Clare's that came in sets, so they have no names and are no longer available.
