Petites Epic!

I believe this is a new color in the Petites line. Application was easy, dry time was good. This is two coats with one coat of Seche.

Sally Hansen Insta-Dri in Heat Flash with LA Splash Sparkling Wave

This is from the latest LE collection.  I will admit, it did dry quickly, but it was a streaky mess and the formula was very thick and pasty.  This is with topcoat.

I wore this for a day and then had to cover it up, so I added a coat of LA Splash Sparkling Wave.  I'd never seen this brand before but my Bed Bath and Beyond had a huge new display so of course I had to pick one (or two) up to try.

Very gorgeous and sparkly, also very gritty.  This is with a generous coat of Seche, but it could use two more.

NPB's Premier Purple

This is my first official creation for the shop! I'm calling it Premier Purple for obvious reasons. It will be very limited edition since I only made enough for six bottles and I didn't take any notes while I was doing it (lesson learned!). This is two coats of polish with one coat of Seche in natural light.

Franken: Funfetti

I made this trying to duplicate another hand made polish: Lynderella's Sweets to the Sweet. I didn't come very close, but I think what I have works in spirit anyway. I used Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure in Polar Bare for the base, and added clear hexagon glitter, Color Club Backstage Pass, Claire's Birthday Beyotch (such an awful name), Lynderella The Glittering Crowd and Lynnderella Snow Angel.

Harmony Gelish Golden Treasure

Foraging season is upon us!  That means for the next few weeks at least I need some nail armor - a gel manicure seemed perfect.  I've just about used up the base/topcoat that came with my Sensationail kit so I ordered some Gelish products off of Amazon.  This is one coat of Foundation, two coats of Golden Treasure and finished with a coat of Top It Off.  It seems to have cured well and while I'm not crazy about the look it certainly feels strong.

Franken: Goldfinger's Pinkberry

This is one of my favorites so far!  It applies SO easily and while it's got tons of sparkle, it has very little of the grittiness that glitter polishes usually have.  I cannot remember what I used to make this, I feel like there was a pink Claire's glitter involved and maybe some L'Oreal Amazon's Flash for the gold.

OPI My Pointe Exactly

This is My Pointe Exactly from the new OPI NYC Ballet collection.  Every year OPI does a "Soft Shades" collection of mostly traditional french manicure type shades.  This year the collection was all jellies and a glitter - my favorite finishes!  My fabulous friend Nathan got me the minis set and this is the first one I tried.    Sheers are usually very difficult to apply because you get a lot of streaky-ness.  This is four coats with topcoat and the application was AMAZING.  See for yourself!
